Enid attorney Stephen Jones spoke to reporters in SE Oklahoma yesterday following a hearing for a Writ of Habeas Corpus for murder suspect, Fred Holder. Holder is being held in the Pushmataha County Jail on $400,000 bond with a preliminary hearing set for July 27, 2010.

Jacky Dellinger was found shot to death on his own property in Rattan, Oklahoma and an arrest warrant was issued for Fred Holder in April 2010, nearly a year after Dellinger’s death.  The State’s case is based on cell phone records and some numbers written on a piece of notebook paper  they claim belonged to Holder left at the scene of the murder.

According to Jones, the State’s case is circumstantial and there are other suspects they have failed to look at.
