Enid Public Library

Who doesn’t love to watch kids perform? Youtube has made millions because, along with crazy cats, kids are the most fun thing to watch ever, right? So, off I went in search of free entertainment at the Annual Talent Show hosted by the Enid Public Library. There were about 10 acts, with a variety of talents to showcase. There was a flute soloist, who performed selections from Lord of the Rings, singers who did solos and duets, dancers, a full rock band, and even an origami demonstration. All in all, it was a fun, free event where kids got to show their talents and support one another as a community. It happens every summer, so next year, mark your calendar and come on down to see some kids give it their all, or even better, get your own kids involved. It’s great fun, and great practice. After all, there are many times in life when you have to get up in front of people, and you may as well have some experience!
