Today at 10:50 A.M., the Enid Police Department arrested Jennifer Delaney for Harboring a Fugitive. On January 21, 2015 shortly after 8:00 A.M., police began a man hunt looking for Charles Chambray who eluded police and escaped on foot in the area of Garfield and Oklahoma Street. During the investigation, police later learned that Mr. Chambray was hiding inside a convenience store located in the area where officers were searching. Police also discovered that Ms. Delaney received a telephone call from Mr. Chambray asking her to come pick him up. Ms. Delaney arrived at Mr. Chambray’s location in her vehicle and assisted with his escape from authorities. Later Ms. Delaney gave Mr. Chambray a ride to a residence located in the 2300 block of East Elm. This was the same location where Mr. Chambray was taken into custody by the Enid Police Department and the Garfield County Sheriff’s Office last night at 8:02 P.M.
